Bio

Ron has a Business background specializing in recruiting and sales. For over a decade he managed investment and residential sales for the second largest Century 21 in California.

Ron was a licensed Pastor with the Southern Baptist Association. Over the years he has assisted in the strategy and development of new churches, including everything from ministry training to sermons to outreach.

Ron is a dedicated athlete. He is a Martial arts Black belt and Certified Instructor for Bruce Lee’s system of Kickboxing and Filipino Kali.

Ron was raised in the So Bay and presently living in Lomita, Ca. with his wife Carol. They have raised a family of 5 children (all graduating from South High) and now have 11 wonderful grandchildren.

Ron has had an effective ministry at RHCC as our Small Groups Director, overseeing over 75 small groups.
