Bio
In 1987, Bob came to serve as Business Administrator with a background in retail management and academia. He also brings ministry leadership experience, having served previously as a pastoral staff member, Dean of Students, and professor at a Christian university. Dr. Cubillos has taught internationally in universities and seminaries in the Middle East, Brazil, Africa, and at the Russian-American Christian University in Moscow, where he serves as Visiting Professor of Current Topics in Bible and Theology. Dr. Cubillos has also taught apologetics at RHCC’s SALT Institute, as well as theology, ethics and philosophy at several Southern California colleges and universities.
Dr. Cubillos earned his B.S. in Business Administration at California State University, Dominguez Hills. He completed his graduate studies at the University of Strassbourg, France (Certificate), M.A. in Apologetics from Simon Greenleaf School of Law, and M.A. in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. Additionally, Dr. Cubillos has an M.A. and Ph.D. from USC in Religion and Social Ethics.
He and his wife, Debbie, live in Torrance and have three children: Rob, Kelli, and Kami.
