Description
Bringing Light to the Pathway of Change and Transition: It all begins with change.
Change is God’s tool. God uses change to move us into the place of transition, which is the space between what-has-been and what-is-going-to-be.
“Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?” – Isa 43:19
Transition is God’s process. Transition is the internal work of accepting, adjusting, and claiming the external change as our own. It’s allowing God the opportunity to transform us from the inside out, instead of simply reacting to change from the outside in.
“…He who has begun a good work in you will continue it until the day of Jesus Christ” – Phil 1:6
Transformation is God’s goal. God is working to transform us into the image of His Son.
“And we…are being transformed into His likeness with ever-increasing glory” – 2 Cor 3:18
How do the changes we go through, whether large or small, create an environment
for God to transform us according to His purpose? Join us as we identify transition
at work in the lives of biblical characters and how they remain models for us today.
