The Spiritual Formation Experience is a robust introduction to spiritual formation, and includes the theology of sanctification, experiential assignments, and close community relationships.  It is composed of audio and in-class lectures, small group distillation of the material covered, extended prayer times, reading, and group spiritual direction under the leadership of experienced spiritual directors.  There are also two retreats: a one-day guided retreat on campus and an individual 48-hour retreat off campus.
